Walking Towards the Future with the Experience of the Past

A Long History: Our Story from 2009 to the Present Our story began in 2009 as a student group within Ondokuz Mayıs University. As ESN Samsun, we embarked on this journey with the pride of being one of the founding members of ESN Türkiye. For over a decade, we have guided hundreds of exchange students coming to Samsun, supporting them in their adaptation to the city and the university.

Professionalization and Association: 2024 A Turning Point We formalized this deep experience gained as a group during our university years in 2024. As alumni of our group, we established the Exchange Students Network Samsun Association to carry out this mission on a more professional level. We are no longer just a student group, but a powerful civil society organization that produces projects at national and international levels.

Our Mission: Building Bridges, Opening Horizons

Our primary goal is to increase cultural awareness and understanding among young people through international exchange projects. By strengthening intercultural interaction and friendship, we contribute to building a society free from prejudice.

Our Vision: Preparing Young People for the Future. We aim to broaden the horizons of our youth by enabling them to get to know the world through exchange projects and supporting their personal and professional development. By developing projects in a wide range of areas, from unemployment to ecology, from mental health to digital literacy, we prepare them as well-equipped individuals for the world of the future.
